Wholesale Warranty

FOSSA Disc Golf offers a one year limited warranty to the purchasing retail business. The time of the warranty begins on the sale date of the product by the retailing partner - original sales receipt required.  This warranty covers the product against defects in materials and workmanship only. If the product ever fails due to a manufacturing or material defect, then FOSSA Disc Golf will replace with like product at our discretion OR A STORE ORDERING CREDIT. This warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, accident, improper use, or the natural break down of colors and materials over time.

Both retail partners, as well as purchasing customers may file a warranty claim.

To file a warranty, please email info@fossadiscgolf.com with pictures of the defect, as well as a copy or picture of the original sales receipt, and we will reply as soon as we can!

It’s impossible to guarantee for a lifetime due to the nature of raw materials breaking down due to exposure to various weather conditions. If a bag exchange is granted, the original customer is responsible for the cost of shipping to FOSSA Disc Golf on bags that have been approved for a warranty claim. FOSSA will pay for shipping on the new bag that will be shipped to the customer, or to the retailing partner.
